Build a CV that fits the role
Start with a relevant sample
Choose UK, USA, Europe, Arabic or Chinese to see an example structure, then select a visual style. These examples help you start; they do not claim to be the only accepted format in a country. ATS classic uses a simple reading order, Executive adds a strong colour accent, and Minimal keeps decoration restrained. A sample contains fictional information. Replace every sample detail before applying.
Describe your actual experience
Enter your name, role, email, phone and location. Write a short summary explaining the value you bring to the target job. Add each role separately, including employer, dates and achievements. Specific results help a reader understand your work, but include numbers only when they are true. Add education, relevant skills, language proficiency, projects and certifications. Use the additional section for volunteering, publications or another subject that matters to your application.
Use photos and AI thoughtfully
A photo is optional. You can upload an image or use your phone’s camera through the file picker. UK and US samples begin without a portrait because employer expectations differ. Arabic and Chinese layouts support their own headings and direction. Choose the language appropriate to the vacancy. AI can polish your summary from supplied information after you allow processing. It must not replace your review or invent experience. Names, dates and qualifications should remain accurate.
Preview, export and review
Update the preview after editing. Long documents flow onto additional A4 pages, so review page breaks and shorten repetitive sections. Download PDF preserves the visual appearance, including multilingual text, as page images. Use Print / Save PDF when you need selectable text for an applicant tracking system. Check the resulting file with your employer’s upload requirements. Save a draft only on a device you trust, and clear it when finished on a shared computer. The builder does not submit applications for you.
