You are responsible for the names, photographs, text and documents you choose to process or share. Use your own content or obtain the rights and consent needed for its use. Do not use this service for fraud, forged identity documents, impersonation, harassment, infringement or unlawful activity. Do not attempt to compromise the website or bypass provider limits.
Your files remain yours
Azzy Studio does not claim ownership of your uploaded content or personal text. You are responsible for checking permissions before sharing exported cards or documents. The copyright notice covers original Azzy Studio material where copyright applies. Third-party fonts, libraries and other components retain their respective ownership and licences.
Translation and OCR accuracy
Translation, speech recognition and OCR can make mistakes, especially with names, numbers, accents, handwriting and unclear scans. Review the output against the original. Machine translation is not a certified translation; use a qualified professional where official, legal or other important decisions require one.
Photo and document guidance
Compression can reduce resolution and quality. Keep original files and inspect exports. A requested file size is a target, not a guarantee of suitable quality. GIF export is static. Passport photo presets do not guarantee acceptance; follow the receiving authority’s current requirements and avoid beauty edits that alter identity features. PDF-to-Word conversion preserves extracted text rather than the original layout.
Service availability and privacy
Browser support, device resources, internet connectivity and external provider quotas affect results. Features may be unavailable or interrupted; keep your original files and do not rely on the website as a backup. Read the Privacy Policy before translating sensitive text or using voice recognition. The website is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
